Example of the recovery boundary state (neurosis with the passage to the initial stage of mental disorder)   Patient R., 44 years old, a jurists, two years ago because of the unsuccessfully final love he appeared the rapid, sharply pronounced weakness (without the accomplished mental or physical work), constant strong headaches of dull nature, from one side a feeling of gravity, with another - a feeling of void in the head, a feeling of pressure in the temples, aversion for the food, complete absence of appetite, constant nausea, constant urges to the vomiting, he lost weight after half a year by 10 kg (largest weight when or it was 62 kg), the increased sweating, absolute insomnia, sharp reduction in the receptivity, that to the oral, so to the written thoughts, the total loss of ability to work, especially in his specialty, strong worsening in the memory, the absence of the possibility concentration in the thoughts, the absence of abstract and real thinking, sometimes the loss of orientation in the time and in the space, which was frequently accompanied by auditory and visual hallucinations. During half a year he was treated in psychotherapist, without the decrease of the complaints pointed out above, and on the contrary, to everything was added the dependence to the preparations assigned. Acupuncture was obtained in the course of 2,5 months (5 courses). On the eve of acupuncture were completely abolished all preparations appointed as psychotherapist, in spite of the will of the latter. In the time of treatment with needles, immediately after the second session was noted the tendency of the decrease of the complaints pointed out above, and it was not at all after their third course. In the time of treatment by patient was collected the weight on 12 kg. After the third course of patient he began to work in his specialty. After the treatment past of 3 years from the former complaints nothing  is manifested, but shielding reaction to the negative stimuli (simply on them he is not turned attention), appeared, which from our point of view, is also considered reaching the carried out treatment.
